Salon not responsible for allergic reactions undisclosed at booking.
Pedicure bowls are cleaned and disinfected between clients per Maryland law.

Salon not responsible for damage to clothing, jewelry, phones, or personal belongings during service.
Salon may request permission to photograph nails for portfolio or social media branding.
Client may decline without affecting service.

If unresolved, claims shall be handled exclusively through Maryland Small Claims Court in (Insert County).
Client waives class action, arbitration, or claims outside small claims unless required by law.
Client agrees to refrain from public defamation during dispute resolution.
